How We Work

We are a fully remote consultancy. Our work is project-driven, with clear priorities and realistic deadlines. Communication is mainly through email and shared documents. We value people who:

Take ownership of their tasks
Ask questions when something is unclear
Document what they do so it can be repeated
Care about details and consistency

You do not necessarily need a background in accounting or tax, but you must be comfortable working around technical topics and following instructions carefully.

Part-Time Digital Operations & Research Assistant

Remote role, 10–15 hours per week

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Operations & Research Assistant to support our websites, content, and research workflow. This is a part-time, long-term role for someone who enjoys structured online work, research, and organising information.
